Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund — if an item is out of stock, if pricing or product information was listed in error, or if we suspect fraud.

Pricing and availability

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Product availability reflects our inventory and can change while items are in your cart. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

Products and images

We describe items as accurately as we can. Photos of collectibles and pre-owned items show the actual condition described on the listing; minor packaging wear is normal for collectibles.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Our shipping policy and returns policy form part of these terms.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorized access to the store
• Do not resell using our images or content without permission
• Site content, logos and product photography remain the property of their respective owners

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
